Apple iPhone 5C preorders to start from Friday 12:01 am
Apple released its new iPhone in an event on 10th September, with two new phones launched for the market - iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. However Apple mentioned that the phones will be available for preorders from 13th September, they did not mention the exact timings from which the Preorders can be done.
Information from the partner carriers - Verizon and Sprint- indicates that the preorders are most likely to begin tomorrow at 12:01 pacific time.
Verizon and Sprint have both published on their websites that starting tomorrow, US consumers can preorder their new and colorful Apple iPhone 5C. Note that the preorders are only limited to iPhone 5C.
Not only Verizon and Sprint, reports say that At&t is also likely to start the preorders of iPhone 5C at the same time, a spokesperson has already informed the same to CNET. In all probabilities, it is most likely that the fourth largest operator, T-Mobile, will also be working on the same and will allow users to preorder their device at the same time.
Apart from United States, iPhone 5C will also be available for preorders in other countries as well at the same time. The current reach of the iPhone 5 includes : Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore and the UK. Preorder timings in other countries are most likely to be same, so consumer can convert the 12:01 PT in their timezone to calculate the actual preorder time in the specific region.
